1st emperor of China had these guys built over a 10 year period, each life-sized or slightly larger than life. Each face is different, but there might have been several moulds for some body parts - enough to make them look unique. They each held a weapon as well, but the peasant uprising at the end of the Qin dynasty put paid to that, they busted in, took most of the weapons, and use them to over throw this emperor's son. D'oh!
