Because the weather was so bad, our boat stopped here for a while in the hopes things would improve and we would be able to go on a tour up the Little 3 Gorges once we had gone through Qutang Gorge. We could either take a trip into town and shop, or visit Baidi Cheng, the White Emperor City. Keely and I broke from our tour group (again) and headed for Baidi Cheng.
