This is Goddess peak, named after Yao Ji. She used to hang out at Wushan a lot, and one day after roaming afar (ignoring her task to minister to the Jade Pool of Western Heaven), she saw 12 dragons cavorting (wreaking havoc) among the mountains, so she summoned Da Yu, convinced him to help (if you know what I mean) and he had his oxen use their horns to tear the path for the gorges through the countryside.
