The day dawned bright and early. Keely and I looked out over the mesa top as we walked down to buy tickets for Balcony House and Cliff Palace, the gems of Mesa Verde. Usually, you can only see one or the other in a day, but today the rangers were running a special and they let us buy tickets for both.
