Keely had found a guided day tour we could go on hosted by the Ute Indians. We had to come down off the mesa and drive (and drive and drive) down to where Hwy 160 diverges from the demon road (Hwy 666), which happens right near Chimney Rock (Hillerman readers are familiar with this landmark).
