I was in my Harley 8a and having a tough time sailing. Of course, any time I put a boat in the water, the cops show up. My first inclination was to sail to the other side for the lake and wait for him to go away, but I figured he'd already noticed me sailing my tiny boat and would want to have a word with me. I was right, and we chatted for a bit. Then I requested he issue me a 2007 Safety sticker so I can show it to the Coast Guard if I decide to sail my boat out into the ocean this year.
