At the Padre Island Yacht Club, I couldn't go to windward and make the docks (stubby leeboard and scandalized sail.) I tried to row in, but the 12-15 mph headwind was too much. I called for a tow - the only PDR to be towed in - and the only PDR captain to be towed in twice in 2 years.
