The Philadelphia chapter of Traditional Small Craft Association (TSCA) was well represented. Doug Oeller and Kevin MacDonald with this fine example of a Marshcat. They, along with Mike Wick and John Guidera in a Mellonseed pram and Phil Maynard with a lawnmower-powered Curlew 17, were planning on staying at camp and do day sailing.
